contact information. Once a date is agreed upon, a 50% deposit
must be received within 3 days to hold the date.

Cancellations
7 day advance notification is required
for a full trip refund. The captain reserves the right to cancel
trips if weather poses any type of safety risk. Should this happen
the guest has the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Guests should
always contact the captain at least 24 hours in advance to discuss actual
trip start times, pending
weather conditions and options.
